Photo by Marc Denis. Marc enjoys sharing the landscape scenes, shorelines, and rugged country of Central and Northern Ontario, that he discovers armed with a camera while exploring on his ATV. His ATV enables him to get into some of the most beautiful areas that many others cannot easily discover. The South Bruce Peninsula is practically in his backyard, with the Wiarton area an especially favourite part.

This area of Ontario tends to have very cold winters and many residents in the area heat primarily or supplement heating with a wood stove or fireplace. While this photo does not represent any landscape scenes found in Central and Northern Ontario, it does represent a common scent – where Mother Nature provides warmth through the cold months. There is also an artistic element that can be found in the subject of wood.

Those who own and collect his photo prints mention just how much they stand out and improve their spaces – in various rooms of their homes and office. Perhaps you’re unable to get into some of the wild areas Marc explores, but you can have a glimpse of the beauty of the area that Mother Nature has provided.
